This is the time of year where we tell others what we want. So in keeping with providing gifts that people want – and the ONLY way to truly know what you want is to ask. So we at The Reference Point are asking you… What do you want from us? To best understand your answers, we have created an online survey asking:
• What topics would you like to see in our free lecture series, blogs and newsletters? We want to offer what is most of interest to our clients and community so please let us know your ideas.
• Do you enjoy guest speakers at our free lectures? We have had the privilege this last year to have had a guest speaker from Positive Nutrition, or the Cell Power folks, and a raw foods Mom that taught us how to start incorporating more raw foods into our diet. From what area of holistic health would you enjoy seeing guest lecturers?
• What kind of changes could we make at The Reference Point to be of more or better service to you? We want to be able to service all people, so how can we better accommodate you? Do you want in depth seminars that will teach you in detail? Do you want to improve your health but it is all too expensive so you would like for us to develop some economic alternative programs? Do you want more extensive programs? Would experts offering their services through us be helpful?
• How can we improve our services to be an even better experience for you? We believe we have a great team in place, do you agree?
Please be proactive in the world. We all need to express what we want to the world around us…don’t make those around you wonder what you want or have to be psychic to give you what you want. TELL THEM!!! Once people know what you want they can choose to meet your needs (it’s a match between you) or not meet your needs (not a match – look elsewhere to get your needs met), and everybody is clear – it creates an understanding between us all. It allows clarity and people can have more honest clean communication and it allows for open minded change.
