When we think of Thanksgiving, we all have the mental picture of a turkey and stuffing and lots of interesting family favorite dishes, relatives enjoying each others company and a grateful prayer. Thinking deeper into this time of year, what I feel is true thanksgiving is a moment in time where you really take personal inventory of what you are grateful for, and dwelling on what a gift it is to receive and have; The energy of that realization and holding that frequency is one of the most healing things you can do for yourself and the rest of the world. You become part of the solution by being in a loving grateful state of mind and out of that loving grateful state of mind you will act more lovingly and create harmony. Also bathing your cells in the frequency of loving gratitude heals them – and you can look up lots of scientific experiments that support my line of thinking – that is a wonderful exercise!
Imagine the possibilities if we focused daily on what we are grateful for and bathe ourselves in this great frequency and act from that space…would that be world changing???

Find new things each day to focus on and generate your healing frequency… I am grateful for the fat bellied squirrel in my backyard – his perfect little seams of fur make me smile. I love it that squirrels exist, and my body, and the opportunity to be conscious on this planet, for experience itself. Think of new things each day and you’ll find there is so much to be grateful for you won’t have time to focus on any negatives!
